Christmas!

Christmas

Lets see here . . . . well my girls woke up on Christmas and walked directly past the Christmas tree and Santa gifts to hug us which is good, then proceeded to ignore the gifts!
(Our girls are 4 and 5) So they should be extremely excited!

Very unusual so we said well are we going to open gifts or what girls??? they unexcitedly said yes. We have them open one child at a time one gift at a time so we can take pictures of them.

So Lil A started an opened hers all slow and junk like she was bored when she was finished she said ur turn.

Oh ya forgot we even had to tell them to smile for the pictures! LOL
Then Lil Miss S decides to take the gift opening experience in the same manner as Lil A, opening the gifts slow like they were bored, or should I say spoiled rotten!

They even stopped after ever couple gifts to clean up the small amount of paper that was laying around.

So now the conclusion to all of this is our children seemed as thought were bored or not interested in opening gifts!

Next year we have decided they will only get gifts on their birthdays and their Easter baskets, so that maybe just maybe next years Christmas will be a little more exciting and entertaining!

P.S. Even though the girls were not excited we still had a wonderful but weird Christmas!

1st things 1st start melting your almond bark!

2nd you'll mix the frosting and graham cracker crumbs together, once it is mixed well roll into small balls.

DIY Display Board

Display Board

Materials:
1 piece of foam board
1 strand of 100 count lights
Your choice of pictures or writing utensils

This is very simple!!

You first poke the lights through the back of the board as you wish.
You can go around the board or draw a picture on the board and poke the lights through as if it were a light brite.
Then you can write on the board, put pictures, or draw on the board.

On this board I chose to cut the board down to the size of the picture!

This is very simple and can be used for many things!

Textsfromlastnight.com is one of my favorite websites, its so stupid sometimes its funny I love love love it!
Every Monday night I sit down and spend at least 15 minutes reading on textsfromlastnight.com usually no matter what kind of day I'm having i can always laugh there. This all started between me my girlfriend from school, we live over a thousand miles apart but insisted on still doing things together. So we chose to call our time Monday Night Laughs, this is where we both get on facebook and chat through there while on another web page we look at textsfromlastnight.com. We message each other the funny things we find through facebook sometimes over the phone.
We love our Monday Night Laughs! Considering I have a little princess an she does not it usually don't last long but is very fun while it does.

My Little Girl!

She's beautiful, intelligent, loving, and so much more!

But is all about keeping me on my toes . . .

Each day I'm amazed at how much she learns and grows into a young lady. It seems like yesterday when She started walking and talking and I did everything for her, now she prefers to try doing everything by herself. Next year she will start school I'm going to be so bored without her during the day! Everyday she comes to me with new questions and I have no clue how she even knows what she is talking about. Last week she said mama did you hear them big bad wolfs outside. Here Iam going big bad wolfs where in the world did you come up with that, as she begins to say they say oooooooo mama did you hear them! This week she says mom did you know snakes can get up trees I said yes ma'am I did shes says ok. Next question was did you know that snails are slimy so I said yes baby I did. Later I found out her cousin is always telling her about big bad wolfs. But still have yet to figure out where she came up with the snake business! Cause I'm always telling her if you see a snake come get mommy! I only tell her this because she really isn't scared of much so she will go for it. She pairs her grandparents up with their pets. She always says my grandma with Clyde or my grandpa with the chee chee wa wa.Her best friends are her Grandma and her cousin Dreday, I'm almost positive she gets her braveness from Dre.Her favorite thing to do is go fishing, but is still very much so a miss prissy pants!

Renuzit Crystal Elements Review

What lead me to purchase this product?
I was visiting some family when I noticed this nice fragrance, so of course I had to ask what it was. My cousin told me it was Crystal Elements. So when I arrived home I purchased some of my own. My choice of fragrance is Amber Vanilla, I purchased them at Family Dollar they were $3 per 9 oz. package.
Boy do I love them! I have tryed several different types of air fresheners but by far this one so far is the best one. They are a great alternative to potpourri. I have had mine about two weeks now and they still smell as great as day one. Not only do they have a great aroma but have an elegant look as well. I have recommended Renuzit Crystal Elements to many people. I'm very satisfied with the product I purchased!

Suggestions for Renuzit:
The scratch and sniff sticker on the package lacks the sniff capability. Each package I have purchased the scratch and sniff stickers did not have scent. (The product its self has a fabulous aroma.)

This is a personal opinion of the product I purchased. I was not compensated or asked to do a review.

Where did the respect go?

First I will admit I have been the one who didn't care how I had made one feel whether it be with my words or my actions. After giving it some thought I have came to realize that partaking in the event of making someone feel a way that I would never like to feel is not the person I want to be! Sure it is always fun to be humorous and have a good laugh. I'm a prankster myself and find humor in a lot of situations.
Although disrespecting one to find humor I feel is wrong. I'm currently attending GED classes two days a week for three hours each day. This class is suppose to be for adults to earn a GED Diploma, the time I have spent in class I have learned a lot. Overtime I have come to the point where I don't even want to go to class, not because I don't want to get an education. But because there are so many students who come in each day with the same childish attitude. Our teacher does not ask for as much as she should considering we are suppose to be responsible adults working towards an education. She gives us worksheets with 5 to 10 questions on them and asks us to write a three sentence journal each day. . . Oh yeah and gives and an hour and a half to do the work.
So each day I arrive at school early with a can do attitude. Others arrive late everyday, talking back to the teacher, and leave their phones on loud knowing that it will interrupt those who are there to learn. Last week within the first 20 minutes of class everyone was asked to put their phones on vibrate or silent at least 10 times. Then during journal time someones phone went off as the teacher approached the area in which the ringing was coming from, she asked them to please turn it off. Yet none of them could find the kindness in their hearts to stop it just let it ring through. Shortly after this the teacher gave a young lady a compliment and she came back with you don't know me. So the teacher then said I'm sorry I was just complimenting you the girl then said I don't care I said you don't know me. By this point there is no way every student couldn't see that our teacher just wanted to cry. But yet they kept on with their cell phones, talking back, and messing around in stead of doing the ten minutes of assigned work. They are so childish they never once stopped to think, what if that were my mother, grandmother, daughter, or even themselves being treated that way by the one's they are trying to help.
Our teacher shows up each day as a dedicated peer ready to teach us all she can.
I personally feel we have a wonderful teacher who did not intend on continuing her teaching career to be bullied nor disrespected by student's who don't care about their selves let alone someone else.
I wrote this with hopes people will put their selves in others shoes before judging, disrespecting or bullying!
