Christmas!

Christmas

Lets see here . . . . well my girls woke up on Christmas and walked directly past the Christmas tree and Santa gifts to hug us which is good, then proceeded to ignore the gifts!
(Our girls are 4 and 5) So they should be extremely excited!

Very unusual so we said well are we going to open gifts or what girls??? they unexcitedly said yes. We have them open one child at a time one gift at a time so we can take pictures of them.

So Lil A started an opened hers all slow and junk like she was bored when she was finished she said ur turn.

Oh ya forgot we even had to tell them to smile for the pictures! LOL
Then Lil Miss S decides to take the gift opening experience in the same manner as Lil A, opening the gifts slow like they were bored, or should I say spoiled rotten!

They even stopped after ever couple gifts to clean up the small amount of paper that was laying around.

So now the conclusion to all of this is our children seemed as thought were bored or not interested in opening gifts!

Next year we have decided they will only get gifts on their birthdays and their Easter baskets, so that maybe just maybe next years Christmas will be a little more exciting and entertaining!

P.S. Even though the girls were not excited we still had a wonderful but weird Christmas!

Balls Of Joy!

Materials:
1 cup of graham cracker crumbs

1st things 1st start melting your almond bark!

2nd you'll mix the frosting and graham cracker crumbs together, once it is mixed well roll into small balls.

Then place them into the freezer for a few minutes.(so the chocolate will harden quicker)
When the chocolate is ready use a toothpick to dip the balls in the chocolate.

You can now enjoy!

DIY Display Board

Display Board

Materials:
1 piece of foam board
1 strand of 100 count lights
Your choice of pictures or writing utensils

This is very simple!!

You first poke the lights through the back of the board as you wish.
You can go around the board or draw a picture on the board and poke the lights through as if it were a light brite.
Then you can write on the board, put pictures, or draw on the board.

On this board I chose to cut the board down to the size of the picture!

This is very simple and can be used for many things!

Christmas Music!

So.. karma decided to put itself into overdrive lastnight while I was driving home. I was complaining about having to avoid the Christmas music already blah blah.. and then on the last preset I had... CHRISTMAS SHOES came on!! If you know what song this is and you know me I ended up almost crying!! If you don't I highly recommend listening to it. Changed my whole outlook on Christmas music. I've learned my lesson. Bring on the Christmas tunes!
